How tо Enjоу thе Tоddlеr Yеаrѕ with your Child

Pаrеntіng іѕ a jоurnеу thаt mоѕt оf us choose to еmbаrk on fоr various rеаѕоnѕ. Fоr ѕоmе, іt іѕ bесаuѕе thеу absolutely love сhіldrеn and соuldn’t іmаgіnе lіfе without them. For others, іt’ѕ juѕt a given that уоu have children аt some point іn your lіfе аnd for оthеrѕ, іt happens bу ѕurрrіѕе аnd ѕо you ассерt іt аnd do уоur bеѕt tо bе a gооd parent. Whаtеvеr thе reason for bесоmіng a раrеnt – it brіngѕ many joys and mаnу challenges. Thіѕ аrtісlе offers guidance іn moving frоm the bаbу stage into thе toddler stage whеn your ѕwееt bundlе іѕ bесоmіng mоrе асtіvе, mоrе inquisitive аnd dеvеlоріng great bundlеѕ оf nеurоnѕ as they lеаrn to nаvіgаtе their wау іn the world thаt is beginning tо unfold.

How tо Enjоу thе Tоddlеr Yеаrѕ with your Child

Whеn mу first bоrn bесаmе a tоddlеr I was a bіt bаfflеd. Chіldrеn dоn’t come wіth a manual and nоbоdу іѕ hаndіng out thе ‘bеѕt рrасtісеѕ’ guіdе fоr раrеntіng. I wаѕn’t sure whаt bеhаvіоr nееdеd соrrесtіng аnd whаt I should ignore. Sо I bеgаn rеаdіng аnd іt lеd tо lіfеlоng learning about fаmіlіеѕ and раrеntіng.  Sо, let’s look at whаt саn hеlр you make іt thrоugh thе toddler уеаrѕ whеrе уоu аnd уоur сhіld аrе lеаrnіng hоw tо mаnаgе bеhаvіоr – thеіrѕ and yours!

Evеrуоnе hаѕ hеаrd thе оld ѕауіng ‘the tеrrіblе twоѕ.’ Hоwеvеr, mаnу раrеntѕ whо have actually bееn through the toddler ѕtаgе with their сhіld look back аnd think tо themselves ‘that wasn’t so bad after all.’ It’s ѕаd to thіnk that thеrе аrе parents оut thеrе whо dread оr аrеn’t еnjоуіng life with thеіr tоddlеr.

Hоw саn a раrеnt еnjоу thеіr сhіld durіng thе toddler уеаrѕ?

Juѕt rеlаx and have fun –  If уоu hаvе a buѕу schedule then сlеаr ѕоmе time for dеdісаtеd рlау wіth уоur tоddlеr. There іѕ nо rеаѕоn to feel guіltу fоr spending a fеw hоurѕ рlауіng wіth blосkѕ оr reading a good book together.

Mоdеl gооd character trаіtѕ early – Thіѕ is a vеrу іmроrtаnt age whеn a сhіld bеgіnѕ tо fоrm thе сhаrасtеr they wіll hаvе for thе rеѕt оf thеіr lives. Thіѕ іѕ the tіmе tо lау a foundation of gооd сhаrасtеr, rеѕресt fоr others, аnd knowing right from wrоng. Mоdеl раtіеnсе, respect, аnd truthfulnеѕѕ. Whеn уоur child gеtѕ аngrу thаt ѕоmеthіng dіdn’t work out rіght, help thеm wоrk through thе аngеr. Thаt can be hаrd for раrеntѕ who аrе іmраtіеnt themselves. But іf уоu tеасh уоur сhіld ѕеlf-соntrоl now they will be bеttеr рrераrеd for thе teen years аnd adulthood.

Discipline іѕ a dіffісult tоріс, but a раrеnt who dіѕсірlіnеѕ a toddler іn lоvе, wіth раtіеnсе, wіll hаvе muсh lеѕѕ nееd tо dіѕсірlіnе the сhіld whеn hе or ѕhе іѕ older. It іѕ muсh еаѕіеr to dеаl with dіѕоbеdіеnсе whеn thе child іѕ twо thаn when hе is 15. Hоwеvеr, make ѕurе іt is trulу dіѕоbеdіеnсе аnd nоt just раrt оf hіѕ developmental ѕtаgе. There іѕ a big difference. Thе сhіld whо is willfully bеіng dеfіаnt аnd gоіng against his раrеnt’ѕ wishes іѕ nоt thе same аѕ thе сhіld whо accidentally ѕріllѕ hіѕ mіlk or who ѕtаrtѕ сrуіng bесаuѕе ѕhе didn’t get еnоugh ѕlеер thе nіght before. Sо bе sure to take these things into соnѕіdеrаtіоn.

Take a brеаk if you need one – If уоu аrе аt hоmе with your сhіld оr children аll dау and feel lіkе уоu nееd a brеаk, саll in ѕоmе help. Whether you hіrе a teenage bаbуѕіttеr tо wаtсh уоur children a fеw hours еасh week or hаvе a frіеnd or family mеmbеr tаkе thе children fоr a whіlе, gіvе уоurѕеlf a brеаk. Bеіng a ѕtау-аt-hоmе раrеnt іѕ hаrd. Juѕt аbоut еvеrуоnе hаѕ tо ask someone to hеlр оut durіng thеѕе уеаrѕ. Gіvіng уоurѕеlf a few hours off еасh wееk will mаkе уоu a better раrеnt, tоо. You will fіnd thаt іt gіvеѕ you more еnеrgу, more раtіеnсе, аnd a better реrѕресtіvе іn being a parent. Yоur children wіll bе more рrесіоuѕ tо you аftеr уоu hаvе hаd a fеw hоurѕ tо уоurѕеlf.

Toddler Years Can be Wonderful

Thе tоddlеr years аrе a wоndеrful tіmе. Parents whо understand thе dеvеlорmеntаl stage аnd whо tаkе саrе of themselves аѕ wеll can trulу еnjоу thеіr tоddlеr. Toddlers аrе full оf wonder and еvеrуthіng is аn аdvеnturе tо thеm. Thеу think уоu are terrific and lоvе tо ѕреnd hоurѕ рlауіng wіth you as you build wіth blocks оr рlау gаmеѕ оr сuddlе tоgеthеr.

Tаkе аdvаntаgе of thіѕ tіmе аnd bе аvаіlаblе. Rеlаx, enjoy уоur child, аnd buіld mаnу mеmоrіеѕ tо think back on whеn уоur сhіld is grown аnd уоu find yourself mіѕѕіng thоѕе sweet уеаrѕ.

FOMO – Preventing the Fear Of Missing Out : The Family Edition

Do you ever get that feeling that you know you could be doing fun, exciting, or educational activities with the family, but you just not? Well, that’s FOMO or the fear of missing out. In this post, we will discuss the reasons you may not be doing all you can, as well as addressing this issue of a balanced family life. As it’s impossible to be on the go all the time, as you would all just end up exhausted!

Are you missing out because of tiredness?

Firstly, let’s look at one of the key barriers that many people with young families come across that can cause them to miss out on opportunities that come their way – exhaustion. As you will know if you have a family of your own the process of being pregnant, giving birth, nursing a baby and looking after a child as they grow up can be pretty intense. It involves a lot of emotional changes, physical changes, sleepless nights and worries. This quite understandably can make you a pretty tired person. A person that may be less likely try new and challenging things, especially when they have the kids in tow.

Now, what it is vital to grasp is that this is totally understandable and you don’t need to punish yourself for reducing the demands on your and your family when they are young. In fact, it’s great to be balanced, to know your own and the kid’s limits, as this can help you enjoy the things you do even more.

Image link

However, to be truly balanced you need to have some time where you seize the day and go on trips, see shows, or visit new places as a family. Yes, it can be tough having to pack up everything you need along with the buggy for a day out, but it is truly worth it. Just make sure you are doing because you want to and it’s what the kids want, not just because you feel like you should go. As nobody gets to dictate your schedule but you, and if things are causing you or the kids to be too tired, it may not be worth the trade off.

Are you missing out because of money?

It’s a very different situation though when the thing that is preventing you doing what you want with the family is a lack of money, and it can be truly frustrating. After all, there is nothing worse than being desperate to see a particular show or visit a certain attraction when they have a special event running and just not being able to scrape the pennies together to do so.

So what can you do in this sort of situation? Well first of all, if it’s a once in a lifetime experience like Disneyland Paris at Halloween or the kid’s favourite cartoon characters in live performance, then it may be worth looking finding the funds elsewhere such as increasing your overdraft with the bank or getting a personal loan. Luckily, you can easily get personal loans even with poor credit now. Allowing you to pay back the cost of the activity bit by bit over a longer period. Making it a much more manageable option for a tight budget.

The second solution may is to scour the Internet for similar events,  and activities that are on offer. Remember there are plenty of discount voucher sites that provide some great family fun experiences for a hugely reduced cost. Meaning it’s easy to find something that is more likely to fit in with your budgetary restraints and still provide a fantastic day out for you and the kids. So keeping that FOMO at bay.

Are you missing out because of transport?

Lastly, another factor that could be driving your FOMO is that you don’t have access to transport to get you to all the places that you want to go. This can be a really tough one because there are so many places in the UK that are super hard to get to if you don’t drive or currently don’t have a car like theme parks, beaches, and country parks.

Picture here

Although, to get around this some families book places on a day trips by coach, or even used the rail system to get there. Although this can be both pricey and hassle filled. Especially if you have little ones to entertain during the journey. Meaning to prevent FOMO becoming a fixture in your life it’s probably time to bite the bullet and get a family car.

Beat The School Holiday Boredom With These Creative Ideas

The school holidays are great because they give us more family time. Who doesn’t want more family time? The only issue is that being stuck at home so much can lead to boredom, and as any mom knows, boredom usually leads to squabbles between the kids, which you don’t want. There is nothing worse than being trapped in a house with kids who are picking fights constantly with each other.

The key to beating off school break boredom is to keep your kids occupied as much as possible. Obviously, this is a task that is often easier said than done, but if you are smart about it, it is possible to beat school holiday boredom. The answer to preventing your kids from getting bored when stuck at home is crafting.

That’s right, arts and crafts are a great way to prevent your little ones from becoming overly bored while on school break. Like the idea of doing some arts and crafts projects with your kids? If the answer is yes, then read on for all the best creative art ideas for keeping your kids busy while stuck at home.

Lino printing

Give each child a piece of lino, a pen, and a lino cutter. Ask them to draw a design onto their tile, or to draw it on paper first and then trace it onto their tile if they would prefer. Tell them to be creative, and pick whatever design they like to draw. Whether they opt to draw animals, patterns, or people, it doesn’t matter – let them be as creative as they like. Once they have drawn their design, show them how to use a tile cutter to cut it out. Then, once they have finished cutting, give them each paper, card, or a piece of material to print their design onto. Invest in a selection of different printing colors, so that they can create all manner of print designs, from black and white ones to ombre colored ones.

Do crayon art

Got any crayons laying around the house that never gets used? Well, now you can put them to good use! Give each child a piece of paper and a white crayon, and ask them to draw a design on it – remind them that they won’t be able to see it. Then, give each child a watercolor paint palette and ask them to fill the page with a range of colors. As the paint crosses the wax from the crayons, it won’t stay, meaning that the pattern will be visible against the areas that the paint has taken to.

Tie dye

Whether you use white t-shirts, blankets, sheets, or towels, it doesn’t matter; you can make some incredible pieces of art with tie dye. Twist whatever material you are using into any shape, apply rubber bands to it, and dip into your dye. Remove from the dye, twist the garment until all the water comes out of it, and then dip in fresh water, and squeeze it out until the water runs clear. Remove the rubber bands and place on the washing line to dry. While the item is drying, you should be able to clearly see the pattern that has been created.

Mosaic making

Do your kids love to collage? If the answer is yes, then mosaic making could be a great art project for them. All you need is some plywood boards, mosaic tiles, glue, and grout. Show your children what mosaics look like and ask them to create their own designs, reminding them to ensure that the tiles are stuck close together on the board. For sticking the tiles down, cordless glue guns could work well, just as long as your children are old enough to safely use them. Once the glue has dried and all the tiles are in place, help your children to cover the entire design in grout, making sure that all the gaps are filled, followed by wiping the tiles clean of grout.

Salt dough

Salt dough is a cheaper alternative to molding clay that works just as well. Mix together in a bowl, two cups of plain flour, one cup of salt, and one cup of water, stir the mixture together until a dough forms. Knead the dough, before splitting into portions for each person. The dough can be sculpted into any shape before being placed in a hot oven to bake until hard. Once cooled, the salt dough can be decorated with paint, before being covered in PVA glued to seal it.

There you have it, an array of creative craft ideas for preventing school break boredom.

Ensure Room-Sharing Sibling Success

If you have more than one kid and your home isn’t exactly a castle, it might be necessary for your children to share the same bedroom for a while. If that’s the case, and you want it to be a success, there are a few things that you need to do.

Here are some simple tips to ensure that your children’s’ room sharing is a success:

Personal Space is Important

Children need privacy just like we do, which is why, if they have to share a room, you should make a real effort to create some personal space for them. Using double or triple bunk beds is a good place to start because it gives them their own ’level’ where they can have a modicum of privacy while they’re in bed. Buying them their own separate dressers is also a good idea, as is creating zones in the room, perhaps by using curtains or dividers, to give them their own private area to do their own thing.

Don’t Change Their Sleep Schedule

It can be tempting to change one or more of your children’s bedtimes so that they sync up, but that’s not really fair, especially if one of the kids has a way earlier bedtime than the others. You’ll have far fewer tantrums if you honor existing bedtimes and perhaps, read stories in the living room, so as not to disturb the already sleeping kids, instead.

Separate Rooms for Napping

If it’s impossible to get your young kids to nap in the same room because they are forever distracting each other and playing when they should be sleeping, simply have them nap in other rooms (if that’s possible) or perhaps consider setting up a travel crib in a closet, so that they’re sort of separate. It’ll save you the headache of having to constantly go up to them in a bid to settle them down.

Use a White Noise Machine

White noise machines are great at promoting a deeper level of sleep in people of all ages, but they’re particularly good for siblings who share a room because they can muffle sounds, like snoring, that siblings make, ensuring that the other kids aren’t disturbed and can all get a good night’s sleep.

Be a Firm Parent

Depending on the age of your children, they may resist sleeping in the same room. If it’s the only option you have, you need to be extremely firm with them, setting out the rules and ensuring that they’re enforced. After a while., the kids will adjust to their sleeping arrangements, and they will fall into line. So, work out how long you’ll allow them to talk/play after going to bed, when it’s time for lights out, how much noise is acceptable and make sure they know the score.

Have a Plan B

No matter how hard you plan for it, sometimes sibling room-sharing just won’t work out. One of the kids might be sick causing a bigger disruption than usual, for example. When that happens, it’s important that you have a backup plan, such as a sofa bed or portable cot, which you can set up in another part of the house to ensure everyone’s needs are met until things get back on track.

Room sharing may be tough at first, but if you do all of the above, it should get easier with time, and actually, it will probably benefit your children, making them even closer than they might otherwise have been.

Helping Your Kids to Eat Independently

When your child starts eating independently, it is certainly one of the big milestones in their development. And it also marks a time when you are not totally responsible for their feeding, though, of course, there will be a lot of mess involved to start off with! So, whether with items of cutlery or their fingers, you will want to encourage them to eat independently as best you can. Teaching these skills early will help your child long into the future, so here are some of the top ways in which you can do this.

Self-Feeding with Cutlery

To start off with, you should give your child a stable base from which they can feed themselves. So, take a look at this guide to find the perfect baby chair. When you are trying to help them to use a spoon, it is a good idea to start off with sticky food like mashed potato or porridge that won’t easily fall off. To begin with, you can load the spoon yourself and then they can put it into their own mouth. Remember that they will make a lot of mess to begin with, so you need to be very patient when you are teaching these skills. When it comes to choosing the right sort of cutlery, you are best off choosing something that is fairly chunky to start off with. You could try one with a short handle that makes it easier for them to reach their mouth. You should also go for a child-friendly bowl – preferably one that will stick to the tray on the high chair so it doesn’t cause difficulty. And this also helps to stop them throwing the bowl on the floor which is always a bonus!

Finger Foods

Including a wide variety of finger foods into the regular mealtimes of your child is a great idea to help them learn about different tastes and textures. Crunchy foods such as toast and rice cakes make an ideal starting point, and then you can start to build in alternatives such as cubes of mild cheese, french fries and healthy food like chopped fruit. As your child starts to become used to feeding themselves with their hands, you can start getting more creative by introducing them to things like mini sandwiches.

Using a Cup

Many dental experts believe that you should wean your babies of bottles at the age of around 12 months. To replace this, you can start teaching them to drink water or milk from a cup. You can get one with helpful features like a built-in straw and a big handle to make it easier for them to hold. Again, expect plenty of spills before they develop this particular skill!

Setting a Good Example

Try to eat together as a family so that your child has the opportunity to watch his or her parents using cutlery and feeding themselves. Over time, your child may well want to start following the good example you are setting for them.

Family Car Wars: Subaru Outback VS Kia Sportage

When you are learning to drive, it’s easy to go car shopping in your head. If you’re a single person, you might look at the best sports cars and check out the speeds that they reach on the open road. If you’re learning later in life for the sake of the children you have, you’ll be checkout the cars with the most up to date safety features and the best technology so you can drive and be child-friendly. Trying to find the right car and ensure you have all the confidence in the world to get behind the wheel isn’t easy, but car shopping can be an absolute minefield. There are so many options in front of you that it makes a lot of sense to take someone knowledgeable about cars with you while you shop, to help you identify the best features that you need.

Looking for a car that fits all the family members, especially those who require large car seats is a big job. Securing a car for your growing family takes time and a lot of research and not just into the size of the back seat. You need to think about the space in the boot, the rear doors (do you want sliding doors?), the seats and their fixings. You also need to decide whether you buy a car with enough space for the family you have in ten years, or the family you have right now. This can really affect your decision on a car model, especially if you plan for a big family down the line. So, what do you need to know about your family car and how can you compare the right models?

A good place to start is always the internet! Part of buying a car is test driving and getting to know a brand, but before you take that step you need to do some intensive research on the models that give you everything you want in one vehicle. There are many lists like these ones that are featured on websites geared toward families that can help you narrow down your decision. In this article, we are going to compare the top two cars on the Best Family Car Award 2017 list: the Subaru Outback and the Kia Sportage. Hopefully, by the end of reading this article you’ll have a clear decision in front of you.

Subaru Outback

In 2017, the Subaru Outback was voted the number 1 best seller for family cars. It has been voted that the Outback was the most practical, the most sensible and one of the most versatile cars that can be bought on the road today. It’s not just the outside of the car that matters, even though a pretty and shiny car on the road is a very attractive feature. The all-wheel drive and technology, alongside the safety features as well as the efficiency of the car itself give it a tremendous reseller value.

The Outback is more than the standard SUV: it is capable. With two rows and five passenger seats, the comfort of the interior of the car is better than any other Subaru model. The leather seats are adjustable electronically – so handy when moving the seats to make room for car seats – and with climate controlled air conditioning on board, there’s no discomfort regardless of the weather. One of the best features of the Outback is the fact it has an X-Mode off road system. This makes it more of an adventuremobile, meaning that whether you’re driving the hills to find a good camping spot, or heading over snow and ice on the motorway, your family is safe. The cargo area is big enough to support your needs, from holiday luggage to groceries.

The Subaru Outback has achieved a five-star ANCAP safety rating, which is a direct result of the rigorous safety testing involved. Think about it, when you’re driving a family car, the safety features are the first thing on the list. Seven SRS airbags, a front seat designed to reduce whiplash and a seat design that is purely supportive are all safety features that can be relied on. EyeSight driver assist is a part of the award-winning technology of the Outback, and you can read about that in far more depth here. There is a camera on the car that has an extra-wide angle, which means you can see everything behind you. Every parent knows that eyes in the back of the head are so important, so you’ll appreciate the ability to view the area behind you on the screen in front of you.

Overall, the Subaru Outback has many features that are well-loved by parents everywhere. Add to the features the stunning exterior and the ability to have a sleek, on-road presence, and you have an impressive vehicle with an aerodynamic performance that people will envy.

Kia Sportage

The impressively modern and progressive design of the Kia Sportage is part of the reason that this vehicle came second in the Best Family Car Awards 2017. The combination of quality interiors and comfort as well as a price that is comfortable for a family makes the Kia Sportage a popular choice. These are the qualities often looked for in a family vehicle, and the Sportage has all of these features in spades. Families are saying hello to technology with the advanced safety features of the car, as well as the push-button start it has.

There is a huge cargo area of the car, making it perfect for those many school bags and room for a pushchair. There is a bonus in that the Sportage has a liftgate that is hands-free, perfect when you are juggling small children. All you have to do is stand next to it for a few seconds and it will start on its own – what a perk. There is more than one load level and this means the car offers flexibility that other cars cannot when it comes to space. An intelligent park-assist system is a fantastic safety feature in a family car, meaning that even with those in-car distractions you won’t be fretting when parking up.

The Sportage is rather smaller than the Outback, which is why this came second on the list of the best family cars. There is room for an infant car seat, when you slide the front seat forward a little, but there’s a bit less room if you have need for more than one infant seat in the back. There is, however, a lot of safety features that the Sportage can boast. Rear backup camera, stability control and multiple airbags are standard in the Kia Sportage, but the blind-spot detection and lane-change assist can add something wonderful.

When it comes to cars, beauty is a feature everyone loves and the Kia Sportage is enviably attractive. Every new and old driver loves presence on the road, and the Sportage has this in spades. The headlights, the bumper styling in its vehicular aggressiveness and the tasteful chrome give the Sportage a look of luxury that other cars miss out on. You can read here about the touchscreen infotainment system that can utilize Apple CarPlay and Android. The cost of the Sportage is reasonable and it’s definitely a stunning starter car for a family, but perhaps not the best in a long-term plan. Overall, the Kia Sportage is a well-loved family brand, it’s just not as quick to the post as the Outback.

The Kia Sportage is a good candidate against the Subaru Outback, but the Outback is the clear winner. The features inside the car as well as the exterior look and the way it runs outstrip the Kia Sportage. Voting for the Outback over the Sportage is clear, but when you go to buy your own car you mustn’t forget that you have to go on personal taste. Every review you read on any vehicle is going to come from someone who may have different needs for it than you do. Your car choice is going to depend very much on your own needs on the road. However, never dismiss the Best Family Car Awards for a good idea on which car is right for you – it could make a huge difference to which brand you choose to test drive.

When you choose your first family car, consider the features to look or on this list. Your family safety is a priority, but you should consider your personal preferences. A car you consider to be ugly won’t be as fun to drive even if it is the safest car around. Choosing between the Outback and the Sportage is not going to be easy – after all, you have to consider your needs as well as the best run car on the road, but it’s a good place to start! The top two cars on the awards list always need great consideration to make your family road trips a little safer as well as fun!

Owning a pet is one of the most rewarding things in life. Aside from being a parent, being a puppy parent comes in a second close. Having a dog that loves you, dotes on you, and wants nothing from you other than your unconditional love is a blessing. So, when you do have a dog, it’s only natural that you want them to be happy. So much so that you’ll do anything to make sure that they are happy. But, their happiness isn’t all that matters. When you’re a dog owner, it’s so important to make sure they’re healthy, and not just happy.

Feed Them Well

First of all, one of the main ways that you can ensure your dog is healthy is via what they eat. It’s easy to pick up a popular brand of dog food and assume that their nutrition is covered, but that’s not always going to be the case. So, you’re going to want to make sure that you choose the best dog food for the breed you have. Or alternatively, you may want to think about the meals that you can make up for them using quality meat, fish, and vegetables.

But Don’t Overfeed

Although it’s important to make sure that you’re feeding your dog well, you also need to be careful to not overfeed them. This is something that can easily happen. So, you need to make sure that you’re getting the portion size right for the size dog that you have. If you want your pet to be healthy, it’s important that they don’t become overweight.

Give Them Plenty Of Exercise

After diet and nutrition, there’s also exercise to think about. As a dog owner, you will already know how important it is for your pet to be able to get enough exercise. But, do you know how much they need to keep them healthy? Bigger dogs will always need more exercise than smaller dogs, meaning that you may not be walking them as much as they need to be walked. Plus, it’s a great way for you to be able to get more exercise in with them too.

Check Their Health

You’re also going to want to make sure that you keep a check on their physical health from time to time too. Whether you need to find the best flea and tick treatment or consult a vet about something that’s concerning you, you’ll only know to do this is you keep a close eye. Giving them physical examinations, keeping regular vet appointments, and looking out for changes should help you to keep them healthy.

Show Them Love

And finally, to make sure that your dogs stay emotionally healthy and as happy as they can be, you need to show them love. Dogs can get stressed just like humans can, and stress can be bad for their health and bodies overall. So, be sure to be loving and caring, and make your dog feel loved and apart of the family as much as you can. It’s one of the easiest ways to take care of their health.
