Brandy Norwood
There’s not a 90s kid on the planet that hasn’t heard of Brandy before. Her self-titled debut album in 1994 sold over six million copies worldwide, with many critics calling her the new Janet Jackson. While she took up acting before becoming a musician, 1996’s Moesha, which lasted six seasons, really opened up new doors for her in Hollywood.
She might not have the same mass of fans or acting gig offers as she did 20 years ago, but she’s still as busy as ever, trying to make it back in the music industry. She even tried her hand in Broadway, starring in 2017’s Chicago.
