Frida Kahlo
Frida Kahlo was a Mexican artist, mostly known for her self-portraits. Her tragic life story and the circumstances that brought her to become a painter are only a part of what makes her one of the most famous artists of the 20th century. An American biographic film depicting Frida’s life was released in 2002, starring Salma Hayek.

Frida didn’t see herself as a beautiful woman, and in her self-portraits, she didn’t attempt to beautify her features. She’s often depicted with her trade-mark bold eyebrows and her floral headpiece – which inspired this dog costume. This costume is a tribute to the iconic artist, and
