But if you’re in Europe, you won’t come across any T.J. Maxxes. Oh, no. Instead, you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled for a T.K. Maxx. Apparently, there was a huge dispute between T.J. Maxx and another retail store, T.J. Hughes. Ultimately, because Hughes was in Europe for longer, Maxx had to change its middle initial.
