Another Reddit thread, another cheerleading question! “Do cheerleaders really wear their uniforms all the time in American Schools?” This is an interesting question really, as after Glee (them again) most non-Americans assume that cheerleaders are constantly walking around in their short uniforms.

In real life, cheerleaders do often wear their uniforms, but in most schools, these don’t meet the dress code and they are supposed to wear their tracksuits over the top. There have been more cases around the country recently of schools banning the uniforms during classes to stop male classmates from being distracted.
