#50: It’s an Evolutionary Thing
We all have different excuses for why we can’t seem to get in shape or lose weight, but this has to be the most creative excuse we’ve seen so far! Some people say they’re too busy to maintain a workout routine, others say it’s their body type; this person decided to blame it on history.

It’s in her DNA not to lose weight because it’s in her best interest to stay plump and partridge, as if she were a European peasant living two hundred years ago! It’s a creative excuse, we’ll give her that! However, if you really want to get in shape and lose weight, you have to lose all the excuses first.
