Cats Are Universally Adored
Even while you might be able to get a sense of the artist’s intentions in some classical works, the paintings themselves aren’t extremely powerful. However, within the realm of abstract art, many components may not make intuitive sense to the observer while still appearing exactly how the artist intended them to appear.
But these drawings of cats have us baffled. In no way do these depictions of “cats” resemble the modern felines we know and love. They all have these strange human expressions, and we grasp that the artist intentionally altered their dimensions. I’m curious to know what cats of the past actually looked like.
