Timothée’s meteoric rise to fame
In 2008, after seeing Heath Ledger’s performance as the Joker in Batman, Timothée Chalamet decided to pursue a career in acting. Even though Timothée has been performing for some time, his breakthrough part as Elio Perlman in Call Me Be Your Name established him as a prominent name.
After working in television and movies like “Lady Bird” and “Beautiful Boy,” he was cast as Kyle in 2018’s big-budget reboot of A Wrinkle in Time, Nic in “Beautiful Boy,” and more recently as Paul in the yet-to-be-released Dune. In 2016, Twitter user @saabcouture predicted it – people certainly took notice of this handsome, dark-eyed, and skilled young actor.
