Pigeon messages
So we already mentioned the paranoid behavior that the communist party of China showed during their National Congress meeting, but it gets even more bizarre. They went as far as to put a stop to pigeons. No, we do not mean they rounded up all the pigeons in the city, but they contacted all the private owners.
They told the owners of the birds that they were not allowed to let them fly around the city anymore, because they could be used to drop anti-government leaflets into crowds. This same rule applied to people who owned drones, which is why you need identification before you are able to buy one in a store.
