This sign is warning us that dogs are not allowed on the beach unless they’re leashed. It says this is because of no dog litter, but the sign is suggesting another reason. 

Aside from dogs going off and pooping where their owners can’t find it and pick it up, they may also bite people in probably one of the most painful areas to be bitten in. We sincerely hope our readers can’t imagine the pain from a past experience. The dogs in Thailand must be much more aggressive.
