Fight! Fight! Fight!
If you have ever worked in customer service then you are probably aware of how difficult it can be when you have to deal with annoying customers. Sometimes customers come into your store and demand things that are just not appropriate, and then you are seen as the bad guy.
And honestly, walking into a Subway and getting them to make you 63 footlong subs on the spot without calling and ordering them first is not the best behavior. It would save both the customer and the staff time if they had called and ordered in advance.
