5 Stars Get Punished
You’d think that food delivery drivers would want to collect as many gold stars as possible. After all, the more 5-star ratings you get, the more jobs come your way, right? That seems to be the case with Zomato drivers, but one of the workers actually asked for a 1-star rating.

Why? Apparently, if you get too many 5-star ratings, Zomato will send you across the continent to deliver food. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Why punish your top-rated drivers by forcing them to spend more gas on their job without the guarantee of increased tips?
