Here’s another Twitter exchange that left McDonald’s walking away while licking its wounds. The official Twitter account sent a hello to literally everyone on the social media platform. McDonald’s responded, but they really should’ve stayed out of this one. First of all, we can see through the façade of trying to make companies more likable by appearing on social media.
Secondly, you need to work on fixing the pay rates of your employees. We just hope that their poor salaries don’t mean the customer has to receive Big Macs with loogies in them. And do something about your ice cream machines! Can’t you get multiples for each restaurant?!
