A relationship built on a lack of trust
Just because you tied the knot and exchanged wedding vows doesn’t mean you wholeheartedly trust your spouse. That’s what the husband realized after marrying the woman of his past dreams. He caught her snooping through his phone in the past and told her that he had nothing to hide. When he caught her going through his phone again, he put his foot down and filed for divorce.
However, this begs the question of why he felt divorce was the appropriate action when she hadn’t caught him doing anything? We get that trust is a huge issue, but does he not understand that spouses can be worried for inexplicable reasons? However, living in close quarters with someone whose always suspicious of you can be stressful, so we sort of understand where he’s coming from.
