Making On-the-Go a Saucy Experience
We’re now very aware that the Brits love their sausage and carbs, especially when they come together. One of the most preferred on-the-go meals that the Brits enjoy munching on is the takeout sausage roll. It’s a perfectly compact roll — kind of like a McDonald’s apple pie — that includes everything Brits love to eat.
You can probably guess from the photo that sausage-stuffed pastries (that come in an option of pork or beef) are primarily sold at bakeries. But of course, what is a British meal without some kind of weird quirk to go along with it. Many Brits prefer to devour these delicious pastries with ketchup or brown sauce.
