A Breakfast for Winners
Large breakfasts have become a trend across the UK. The most important meal of the day has become known as “the full English”, “the full Scottish”, and “the full Welsh” in relation to their respective countries and “the Ulster fry” in Northern Ireland. These huge breakfasts cover most of the food groups and even come with dessert.
An average breakfast in the UK only includes eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans, chips, mushrooms, potato bread, cockles, and laverbread. You’re served a soda to wash it all down, and of course, breakfast is never complete without the black and white pudding to enjoy at the end. We hope this is enough to fill up the average Brit.
