Okay… And?
When this tenant reached out to his landlord, he literally received the most unhelpful response in the world. The college student discovered when he came home from school that the power in certain rooms in his apartment had gone out. This is another maintenance issue that landlords are responsible for fixing.
The landlord’s response was very far from helpful. All he did was tell the tenant where the power box is located. Okay… And? Is he implying that the tenant goes out of the way to fix it himself? Furthermore, the text message was extremely smug by starting it with “That sucks!”. This landlord clearly couldn’t care less.
