A meat-free kitchen
Carrie has called herself a “wannabe vegan” at times, though she doesn’t stick to the strict vegan diet. She’s dabbled in the kitchen with tofurkey, is hooked on Raw Rev bars, and has a special place in her heart for vegan-friendly quesadillas. And while she tries to stay true to a vegan diet, she has a weakness for eggs from her backyard chicken coop.
Apart from the eggs, her kitchen has remained meat-free for as long as anyone can remember. She serves up the best-looking eggs in an earth-toned kitchen, where she experiments with vegetarian-friendly recipes. Carrie’s more than a home cook. She released a cookbook in 2020 titled Find Your Path.
