As stated earlier, Carrie’s latest passion is centered on fitness and well-being. One of her most recent ventures is authoring her own book, which she did in early 2020. Find Your Path is a book about how anyone can stay strong and fit by following her simple yet effective exercise program.

It was also the perfect way to promote her health app, Fit52. The book and the app are based on how we can stay physically fit for 52 weeks of the year. While the book didn’t receive the ratings she was looking for, the app was a major success.
