Jenna Dewan
Jeena Dewan began cheerleading at Notre Dame Prep School in Arizona and continued to participate in the sport after transferring to Grapevine High School in Texas, where she was also voted prom queen. The amazement Dewan felt while impressing spectators as she cheered on the sports team in high school inspired her to pursue dancing.
Dewan was a famous dancer through most of the early 2000s. She made her debut TV appearance in Janet Jackson’s music video, “It Doesn’t Really Matter”, in 2000. Dewan eventually fell into acting and met now ex-husband Channing Tatum on the set of Step Up. Together they co-founded 33andOutProductions, which releases Earth Made of Glass.
