Sally Field
Television and movie star Sally Field was on the cheerleading squad for Birmingham High School in California. However, cheerleading couldn’t satisfy the extreme passion that Field had to perform. She skipped out on formal education and went straight to Hollywood to become one of today’s most world-renowned actresses.
Field’s career didn’t start out as successful as she anticipated but she instantly found fame and recognition after starring in Smokey and the Bandit in 1997 alongside Burt Reynolds and Jackie Gleason. The Academy Award and Emmy winning actress continues to act today on television and has put the silver screen behind her.
