Sandra Bullock
While growing up, Sandra Bullock brought her spirit and dedication to the sports games as a cheerleader at Washington-Lee High School, and her talented performances in the school’s stage productions, proving that cheerleading and acting can go hand-in-hand. Bullock continued to perform in school plays until she graduated in 1982.
In the 1990s Bullock began to make a name for herself in Hollywood. She earned her breakthrough role in the 1994 action thriller, Speed. The Miss Congeniality star continued to land major roles and won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in The Blind Side in 2010. Bullock has received 20 award nominations and earned a tile on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2005.
