Celebrities That Are Carbon Copies Of Their Parents

June 20, 2012 by Jade Parker

Genetics will always be so fascinating to me. One way or another, some kids will always mirror the traits and features of their parents. As they say, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Sometimes, parents who still look young can even pass as their child’s identical twin. I can attest to this, since my mother and I really share the same features, that sometimes, we are mistaken as siblings. It is a known fact that celebrities live in fame and the spotlight, that is why it is very easy to notice things like this about them. Some celebrities really look alike. Just take a look at Margot Robbie and Sex Education’s Emma Mackey, and they’re not even related to each other. Hollywood celebrities, however, have children that look exactly like them, who are also now in the entertainment industry or followed a different path of interest. Here are some of the uncanny identical celebrity parent-children faces.

Uma Thurman and Maya Hawke

Models proceeding to the movie industry is not new information; frankly, they have proven to be one of the most successful celebrities out there. One of the most precise examples is the model-turned actress, Uma Thurman. Her debut as an actress started on Quentin Tarantino’s hit, Pulp Fiction, which marked the beginning of her career as an actress.

In 1997, Uma met the love of her life, her fellow actor from the set of Gattaca, Ethan Hawke. In that same year, their daughter, Maya, was born. Now, Maya has proven to have followed her parents’ footsteps as she is also a model and an actress, starring in BBC’s Little Women and Netflix’s Stranger Things.
