A Difficult Choice
About to embark on her first ever US tour, Celine Dion lost her voice. She had been suffering from laryngitis and was generally tired after being so busy. Though desperate to perform, Celine followed her doctor’s advice to rest her inflamed vocal chords – taking a break from singing for a month meant she would not have to undergo surgery.
