The Big Cover-Up

Kids can do a lot of damage to a house and everything in it when they’re in play mode. They never mean to do it. It’s always an accident, but that doesn’t mean they’ll tell you about it before they try ten different ways to cover it up so they don’t have to sit through a lecture.

u/ghosts-go-boo was no different as a kid. Rather than tell their parents they miraculously got Play-Doh stuck in the little grooves of their popcorn ceiling, they painted right over it. They got away with this one without too much trouble. The kids who have thrown baseballs through windows aren’t as lucky.
