Appreciation for Fathers
Society is constantly evolving, and 2019 was a big year for fathers. Parenthood is a partnership, but due to old-fashioned norms, and the fact that women carry babies and breastfeed, they are usually recognized more when it comes to child care. The diaper companies Pampers and Huggies decided to put a change to this.
In 2019, for the first time, Papers vowed to add 5,000 across America, finally recognizing that dads need to change diapers while running errands too. Later that year, Huggies changed their diaper packaging, promoting fatherhood. Other countries also seem to be valuing fatherhood more like this Polish baby brand.
