So what could this possibly be, and why would the footprints leave marks like this?
Sorry to disappoint you, but instead of a sweet dessert, this is a picture of footprints in the Algerian Desert. This visual was caused by snowfall that was soon covered over by the sand in the desert. We have our answer, so now we’re just wondering how it was able to snow in a desert.
