Too Many Pieces to the Puzzle
Jigsaw puzzles are so complex, they can take hours to solve. There always seems to be at least one piece that you struggle to place. This person is lucky that he found these two identical puzzle pieces early on. But a manufacturing mistake like this can lead to unfortunate consequences for two of the consumers.

Imagine if the person assembling the jigsaw did not realize two of the pieces were identical before placing one of them down. He would be stumped once he got to the matching piece. This also could have resulted in another owner of the puzzle missing an important piece and not noticing until hours later when he was nearly finished.
