Whisking Eggs in A Wet Bowl
You may not think that using a wet bowl will have a negative effect on your wet ingredients, but that’s far from true. Whisking your eggs for a recipe will mean you need to avoid adding anything else, including extra water already in the bowl.
Trying to whisk eggs in a wet bowl will not only be difficult, but it can also stop them from attaining your desired consistency. Instead of trying your luck and having your eggs fall flat, dry your bowl with a paper towel or start off with a dry bowl instead.
