Common Baking Mistakes That Can Be Easily Avoided

March 24, 2010 by Molly Reynolds

Line Your Pans with Parchment

For those planning to bake at home, it’s a good idea to always have a few key ingredients and baking tools on hand. In addition to things that go into your dish, you also need tools and accessories to help you cook and make life easier for you. One of those is parchment paper.

Parchment paper helps protect your baking dish from grease and moisture. It will keep your food from sticking to the pan and will help trap moisture inside of your dish. The great thing is that this paper is treated for use in the oven, so you never have to worry about it burning or catching on fire.
