The Size Matters
Cakes are quite easy to make, but at the same time, they’re also challenging. As we’ve seen so far, baking can be tricky. One of the simplest mistakes people often make when trying to bake a cake is choosing the wrong pan size. Either you go too big, or in most cases too small, which will leave you with a big mess to clean inside of your oven.
Cake pans that are too small will result in a cake that has a sunken middle, or an overflowing cake that resembles a volcano. Make sure that you check which size pan your recipe calls for prior to pouring the batter.
