These days saving documents, music, games, and other data is easy-peasy thanks to USB flash drives. Things weren’t always so simple and straightforward though. Only 90s kids will understand the real struggle of saving data on floppy disks with limited space.

In case you’re wondering what those are, before CDs and DVDs, we had floppy disks which looked like the “Save” icon you see on your computer. Each one had just about 800 KB to 2.8 MB of space on them so this is what 138 MB looked like in 1995. Just compare that to what 128 GB looks like now. Crazy, huh?
