Thankfully, some companies are coming up with innovative ways to tackle this issue. Waymore is one such company making a huge difference by turning plastic bottles into sustainable t-shirts. 

As you can see in the picture, the bottles are shredded, melted into micro pellets, extruded into yarn, and made into a t-shirt. It takes 10 bottles to make one tee and the best part is that they are actually comfortable. Of course, there’s still a long way to go but it’s a start and we commend that.
