Stages of Sleep
What’s your favorite position to sleep in? Do you lay on your stomach, your back, or on your side? Irrespective of how you start out, studies show that adults could change their sleeping position between three to as much 36 times a night with the average being about a dozen times. Add a dog to the equation and all bets are off.
As you can see in these pictures, both the human and his dog started out sleeping pretty “normally.” Fast forward a couple of hours and the human ended up with his pillow on top of his head while his dog was in an upside-down yoga position. The main thing is they both look pretty dang comfortable.
