#43: The Biggest Bullies
the sad truth is bullying has always been around and is not going anywhere. Just like fashion, values, and interests, it simply changed its form over the years. Bullying is still very much a part of our society, and as much as we’d like to think we know better today, even Gen-Z can be bullies.
Some people might claim that cancel culture is a form of bullying; canceling out people and their opinions because you don’t agree with them – and calling them out or banning them from social media, even if it’s justified – is a form of bullying. Nowadays, bullying might be even more harmful because it’s so much easier to spread hate through social media platforms.
Thanks for reading about the strange things Gen-Z do that drive Millennials crazy! Writing this was cathartic and insightful to me, and I hope it gave you a laugh or two. I can’t wait to see what Gen-Z thinks of Gen-C! It should be pretty epic. You’re welcomed to share your thoughts in the comments!
