“No Parking in Your Driveway”: Reddit Users Share Wild and Confusing HOA Rules and Regulations

There’s nothing ruder than a neighbor leaving their dog’s business on your lawn. It’s a constant issue in any neighborhood, regardless of whether there’s an HOA or not. Rude pet owners are everywhere! This HOA tried to combat the ever-common neighborhood poop bandits, but the approach was a little unorthodox. 

They were so desperate to pinpoint the messy resident(s) that they floated around the idea of DNA testing each dog in the community. Yup, that’s right. This HOA wanted every dog owner to pay for a fancy DNA test and collect stool samples so they could figure out whose poop was being left out in the open. They didn’t end up going through with this plan, but it’s wild that they considered it.
