According to studies by E Financial Careers, most bankers had a job satisfaction rate of only 43%, which was across all areas of banking. Can you guess which banking career had the highest rates?
It’s actually those working in quant jobs who topped job satisfaction for banking at 66% – even that’s pretty low! According to other studies, clergy members have the highest rates for all careers, with scores of 98%. In comparison, parking lot attendees have the least satisfaction in their careers, with only 5%!
