#34: Egg advice!
One of the first things we learn to cook? Scrambled eggs. That being said, this is something I have yet to master…and now I know why. Because many of us start with super high temperatures, we’re cooking our eggs too quickly for them to have time to fluff up properly!
I wish I’d had this advice in college; I’d have made quite a bit more scrambled eggs. Eggs also continue to cook for a minute after they’re removed from the heat source, so perfectly scrambled eggs hot off the pan can become rubbery while sitting there. Another tip? Add your cheese at the end!
