#40: Experiment!
Cooking is all about having fun and learning along the way. With a few basics mastered, you can eat the same ingredients five days a week and have a different meal each night! It’s all about how it’s cooked, what combinations you use, what you cook it in, and how much of each ingredient!

If you look up spinach and chicken recipes, you’ll find everything from salads to casseroles and even a few sandwiches. Try them all and see what you and your family like best. This also helps with meal planning because you can buy a large pack of chicken breasts and a few tubs of spinach and have fun meals for three days!
