Paying Close-to-Nothing for a Lot
While this person isn’t as bad as the Craigslist buyer from earlier, they’re still pretty bad. They were looking for a place of peace and quiet to complete writing a novel or something. And for some reason, they thought a farm would be the best place for them. Don’t they realize how loud and smelly farms are?
Now, were they willing to pay? Yes, but not very much. They could chip in $100 every week and help around with household chores, but that was pretty much it. But that’s not the worst part. Basically, the landlord would have to jump through all sorts of hoops to get this person to stay.
