Taking it Out on the Staff
As a retail employee, do you ever routinely see a customer so unpleasant that you feel almost as if they come into the store just because they know they can get away with picking at the staff? After all, at the end of the day, the customer is always right, right? Wrong!
Some regulars can be so pleasant that cashiers build a bond with them, and the two will catch up when the line is short. However, there are other customers that put a cloud over the employee’s day with every encounter. If you’re a regular at a restaurant, it’s important to be nice. You never know when you can get something on this house!
