You Can Eat There and Feel Safe
Unlike, most restaurants, McDonald’s doesn’t follow the food industry or the FDA’s orders when it comes to the level of how clean the kitchens in certain restaurants need to be. The company has its own cleanliness standards that beat others. Many chefs that have worked at several restaurants still praise the cleanliness of McDonald’s specifically.
However, these are probably the same chefs that have never been asked to clean behind the grill. From what we’ve heard, this would change their minds entirely. It seems like we really can count on the whole kitchen being as clean as a whistle. We can also count on there being massive, disgusting pools of grease behind the frying grills.
