Okay, when reading the billboard below, was anyone immediately reminded of their days of teenage angst? You know, moping around the house feeling like nobody understood you, refusing to talk to your well-intentioned parents, listening to your My Chemical Romance CD over and over again?
This billboard points out a funny paradox about humans. Often, when something is wrong, we want someone to ask us if we are okay. But when they ask, we typically respond with a shrug and an, “I’m fine, just tired.” On the other hand, we tend to get irritated if nobody seems to notice or care that we’re upset. You can see this concept clearly illustrated above.
