Sold! Sold?
This exchange is confusing on both sides. First, we have the prospective renter going to check out the place, but there’s a “sold” sign on the building. Weird, so totally understandable that they would question why the place has this sign. Is it even still available for rent?
But then we learn that the landlord was under the impression that the people weren’t even interested in the property any longer. It appears they ghosted the landlord for a while. So, who is being the weirdo here, the landlord or the tenant? If you ask us, we think they are both a little unhinged.
