Take the Stairs
They say that taking the stairs over the elevator is better for our health, and that’s probably true, but some people can’t afford to take the stairs. Using the elevator in your building seems pretty basic, right? I don’t know about you, but I’ve never heard of landlords who provoke the tenants’ right to use the elevator.

…Or charge their tenants for this “service.” This isn’t a service they’re providing, it’s their right to use the elevator. Some people even choose their apartments based on whether or not the building has an elevator because they physically can’t take the stairs. What’s the next step? Charging these tenants for the air that they breathe in the building?
