Cringe-Worthy Text Message Exchanges Between People and Their Landlords

We are a little bit confused here. We always thought it was the landlord’s job to make repairs on an apartment, but it seems this landlord has this tenant well trained. He’s got a laundry list of things he’s expecting her to do, including bleaching down her closet walls.

The landlord is even trying to delegate hanging a closet door to the tenant’s boyfriend. We have to wonder what the heck happened in this closet to warrant such attention. Although, it seems to us that the landlord can’t be that concerned if he’s assigning the tenant to take care of it all herself. Anything to get out of extra work, it seems!
