We can’t help but be taken a little aback by this landlord’s confession that he had no idea the apartment had a porch. How can a landlord not know this about a property he owns? This leaves us feeling that perhaps he’s an absentee landlord who has never seen the place before.

However, he seems pretty on top of all their repair needs, so perhaps he’s not all that bad. On the third hand, we find it a little funny that he even admits to not knowing about the porch.
