Food Service Workers Share Wild Customer Requests

May 26, 2010 by Kristen Reed

Never Enough Mayo

Mayonnaise is a polarizing condiment. Some people love it, some people hate it. Some people have fond memories of eating white bread mayo sandwiches when they were kids, and as adults, they like to snack on one every once in a while as a comfort food. It’s a common U.S. sandwich, but of course, some people have to make it weird.

This Subway customer took things to the next level when they ordered a sandwich with just mayo and white bread. What seemed like a normal order took a turn when the customer had the sandwich artist use almost an entire bottle of the stuff. This wasn’t a prank – she sat down and ate it right then and there.
