A Low Sodium, High Salt Diet

It’s never fun being told that you have to cut back on the food you love. Even though it’s for your health and will give you long-term benefits, it can be difficult to admit to yourself that sacrifices have to be made. This woman was ordering at a Five Guys one day and seemed to have trouble adjusting to her new dietary restrictions.

She still wanted to enjoy some salty, delicious fries, but she wanted the cashier to magically cut out the sodium from the dish. If only it was that easy, right? This employee had to carefully explain to her that salt is largely made of sodium, and she couldn’t have one without the other. Maybe Five Guys wasn’t the right choice for dinner.
