Doesn’t She Know?
Being cost-effective is an important part of saving money and being fiscally responsible. The smallest things, like buying store-brand instead of name-brand products, can end up saving you a lot in the long run. This customer would order $8 worth of almond milk every single day from this coffee shop, and she’d complain about the price no less. Instead of complaining, she could have gone to the grocery store right next door and gotten double the amount for the same price. Hopefully one of the employees eventually told her what she did wrong?
